Shocking New Elizabeth Holmes Documentary Premieres in Telluride

The Telluride Film Festival recently unveiled one of its most intriguing surprises in years, as reported by The Hollywood Reporter. On Sunday evening, attendees filled a 650-seat venue, their phones securely stashed away, unaware of the gripping documentary awaiting them. They were informed only that the film would run for nearly three hours, had never been screened before, and that its creators would be present in the audience. This unexpected premiere showcased a new documentary directed by Nathan Fielder and Lance Oppenheim, focusing on Elizabeth Holmes, the founder of Theranos.

Titled “You Can See Everything,” the documentary chronicles the life of Holmes and her husband, Billy Evans, during the 34 days leading up to her prison sentence, which began in May 2023. Holmes is serving an 11-year term for deceiving investors regarding her blood-testing technology. Since her conviction, she has faced a challenging legal battle with little success. Her attempts to overturn the conviction and reduce her sentence were turned down in February of the previous year. Subsequently, she pursued a different strategy by seeking clemency from President Trump. This clemency request is currently under review, indicating that it has been officially filed and remains pending.

During the filming, Fielder reportedly resided in the couple’s guest house, providing him with unprecedented access to their lives, which has generated considerable buzz.
