Bengaluru-based on-demand home services platform Snabbit has officially secured a $56 million Series D funding round to fuel its rapid expansion across urban India as consumer demand for domestic outsourcing skyrockets.

A Massive Valuation Leap and Key Backers

This latest investment round, which confirms previous reporting, values the startup at approximately $350 million—a massive jump from its $180 million valuation just six months ago. The Series D round was co-led by Susquehanna Venture Capital, Mirae Asset Venture Investments’ Unicorn Growth Fund, and Bertelsmann India Investments. Existing investors Nexus Venture Partners, Lightspeed, and FJ Labs also participated, bringing Snabbit’s total capital raised to date to approximately $112 million.

Scaling Operations and Improving Unit Economics

Founded in 2024, Snabbit has quickly scaled its footprint, now processing over 40,000 daily jobs through a network of more than 15,000 gig workers. Operating across five major Indian cities, the platform offers essential services including professional cleaning, dishwashing, and laundry. Alongside its physical expansion, Snabbit has significantly optimized its financial health, cutting its loss per order by 50% and slashing customer acquisition costs by roughly 65%.

The Heated Battle for India’s Gig Economy

Snabbit’s successful capital raise highlights the intensifying investor appetite for India’s lucrative on-demand home services sector. The startup’s growth comes as key competitor Pronto negotiates its own fresh funding round, while industry giant Urban Company—which is publicly traded—continues to dominate the market with over 1 million monthly bookings.
